Sindy: wearing weekendersIn 1963 Sindy arrives in the UK with short wayward curly hair with a red headband. She was sold wearing weekenders a striped jersey top and blue jeans and wore white sneakers on her feet.

Sindy's: wardrobeSindy was given a vast wardrobe of miniature well tailored clothes along with fantastic tiny detailed accessories.

Accessories: Boxed furniture and scenesettersTo complement Sindy a wonderful range of play accessories were introduced from a horse to the kitchen sink.

The Sindy Set: Boxed dollsThe 1960's also saw the arrival of The Sindy Set, Sindy was no longer solo and was given a boyfriend, sister and lots of new friends.

Sindy Membership: Sindy Club OffersIn addition to the vast range of dolls, outfits and furniture, ephemera was also produced from books to knitting patterns, wallpaper to cosmetics.

1968 Sidepart: wearing fashion girlIn 1968 Sindy was updated out went the familiar weekenders outfit and she could now be purchased wearing four new outfits. Her hair had been transformed to long glossy sideparted hair and she was given the most amazing long eyelashes.

By 1969 her look remained the same as the previous year but she was also able to walk!
