In 1969 Sindy was sold wearing a further five outfits, the medallion charm bracelet was still included (all you had to do was buy any one of Sindy's friends for a charm, and who could resist). The close lidded style box was replaced with an open window box. Fashion Girl had been updated to pink and green check and was worn with green lace up sneakers and Miss Sindy remained the same as the previous year
Evening Stroll a navy reefer jacket with brass buttons, a green ribbed jumped and white trousers, were worn with white lace up sneakers
Sunshine Girl was a totally new outfit, a floral pyjama suit also worn with white lace up sneakers
Winter Warm a 'real' fur trimmed blue anorak (Winter Holiday) and a pair of white trousers with blue stitching, was worn with black shoes
Walking Sindy was also produced, I'm still not quite sure how this works, but by holding her waist she lurches forward........ Walking Sindy was a totally new doll with the same sideparted hairstyle, and 'real' eyelashes, she was taller than other sideparts, and her legs were rubbery. Stamped Made in Hong Kong to the back of the neck and was sold in a window frame box. She wore a navy blue spotty skirt suit with a red sleeveless polo neck and red lace up sneakers
The walker doll was also given a yellow coat dress with floral trim collar, cuffs and belt
